Hi. I’m Lisa Stigliano, founder of Keeping Fit after 40, Personal Trainer and Certified International Health Coach.

I help women struggling with midlife changes to develop healthy habits and get moving again.

After reaching my 40s, I started to understand that the struggles are real as I began to experience the challenges that come at this age. I noticed all that I was doing to control my weight when I was younger was no longer working. My energy level was not the way it used to be and my mood, well let’s just say it was not good.

It was then that I begin to use my extensive knowledge with holistic living to slowly change the way I approached my lifestyle. I can now say that even in my late 40s, I feel truly amazing.

So why do I love helping women over 40? Because I believe that regardless of age, every woman deserves to feel and look their best so they can live a truly amazing life.

In Spring 2016, I wrote my first book, Let’s Celebrate Midlife: A Guide to Thriving and Flourishing in our 40s and Beyond because I also wanted women to know that it’s time to celebrate this point of their lives.
